Services
designtocode.in provides professional design-to-code conversion services, including front-end and back-end development, responsive web design, SEO-friendly coding, and related digital solutions. We agree to deliver the services as outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate design files and content as required for project execution.
- Provide timely feedback and approvals necessary for project milestones.
- Ensure legality and ownership of supplied designs, content, and materials
Project Timeline and Delivery
- Project timelines will be agreed upon before commencement.
- Delays caused by late client feedback or content submission may affect delivery dates.
- We reserve the right to adjust timelines based on project scope changes.
Payment Terms
- Payments are based on mutually agreed quotes or proposals.
- Typically, a 50% advance payment is required before work commencement, with the balance payable at project milestones or upon completion.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or project suspension.
Intellectual Property
- The client retains all intellectual property rights to original designs, content, and materials provided.
- Upon full payment, designtocode.in transfers the rights of the delivered code and deliverables to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
- designtocode.inmay use anonymized project samples for portfolio or marketing with client consent.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
Warranty and Liability
- We strive to deliver services professionally and defect-free but do not guarantee error-free operation under all conditions.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for services rendered.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Revisions and Modifications
- Project proposals typically include a defined number of revisions for design or code changes. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Significant scope changes require a new agreement or contract adjustment.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the contract with written notice under mutually agreed terms.
- Upon termination, the client will pay for the work completed up to that point.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Karnataka, India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore.

reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Usage at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
